All my shares are in a Rollover IRA, or a Roth IRA. From what I understand, loaning shares out are not allowed from those, iirc.

Just curious on the shares...are they requesting on holders less than 500k yet?

The lower the shares the more desperate they become.

I also said no and I wanted assurances they wouldn't borrow them without my knowledge.

What I was told by a Fidelity rep: If you hold your shares in a margin account AND you HAVE a margin balance, then they can borrow your shares without your permission. However, if shares are in a margin account AND you DO NOT have a margin balance, they can't borrow.
