It is possible to "not like" aspects and still see the bigger picture. You nitpick negative elements while ignoring the huge development of the company and partnerships into a space with tens of billions TAM. For example, Marcelli is a hard person to "like", but this doesn't mean that the company is failing to deliver on their goals.
