to be fair, i've had niko on "ignore" for months now,
so i have no idea what s/he is posting currently.

but from the months i did wade thru his/her posts,
i found that most of it was fabricated nonsense
or assertions logically obsolete, amid more recent events.

the fact that s/he seems to flip to bullish on a dime
(presumably whenever his/her low-ball fishing GTC buy orders fill...)
says all you need to know about why s/he is here?

imo, don't drink the propaganda kool-aid
even if it seems to align with what you want to believe.

which, of course, is apt advice for both bulls and bears in pink trading. 😉

$MIKP LONG-TERM CHART & EXPECTATIONS...




IMPORTANT NOTE: The $MIKP share structure was modified with change "at DTC". Suggesting that someone held shares, that matured, came OFF restriction; but likely DUE to MIKP being dormant: Were NOT eligible to be cleared & liquidated *(at the time they "matured & were eligible").


An OTC stock has to be (at least) "Pink Current" for a clearing firm/broker COMPLIANCE to authorize to DTC (for liquidation).


Bottom-line:
[] The last, most recent dip, around 9/19 - 9/22
[] mostly reflects that ~60M share change
[] "POSTED to" or "HELD at the DTC"
[] & as I reported to the board!


With NO CHANGE in the share structure (as reported by TA today)
$MIKP only has current shareholders & profit-takers as overhang.




And with:
[] The WGA Strike RESOLVED
[] The SAG-AFTRA Union meeting AMPTP
[] Scheduled for Monday Oct 2nd

[] it would be surprising to see any significant selling volume...
[] which means ANYONE wanting to accumulate ANY SIGNIFICANT VOLUME on the stock
[] would likely have to do so by acquiring, buying &/or taking them off the best offer (ask)



As the CEO explained (during the July 26 SHM)
[] he would NOT PR
[] UNTIL the STRIKES are resolved!
[] Explaining doing so as being "tone deaf" (to the unions, workers & industry)

[] & specifically intends to REPORT NEWS to "TRADES", namely;
[] 'Variety',
[] 'Deadline'
[] 'Hollywood Reporter'
[] "TMZ"
[] etc.,


[] as $MIKP, "has reported to TRADES in the past... "

[] to post importance NEWS there,
(again, during the Shareholder Meeting July 26th)





[] There is GOOD REASON to assume NEWS, developments, increased awareness, & CATALYSTS
[] Will invite attention & DEMAND to the currently held supply....
[] As well as A NEW SHM around October 25/26th as well..
[] Where further updates are expected (Mark has said to deliver one each quarter - at minimum)
