Precedent on compounded interest - check

All he has to do is say, "I agree with Ps" on the Del. law and the compounding, based on the cases they have cited.

BTW, he does have clerks to write these up and go out to Dunkin for donuts.

Perhaps Lamberth is hesitant because he does not want to create a precedent that can be used against the government in other lawsuits. As long as there is no final judgment, no precedent has been set.
