Does have other duties, but I agree, this shouldn't be that difficult.

Delaware Law - check
Precedent on compounded interest - check

All he has to do is say, "I agree with Ps" on the Del. law and the compounding, based on the cases they have cited.

BTW, he does have clerks to write these up and go out to Dunkin for donuts.
