I provided clear evidence HERE that shows the funds Vanguard and Blackrock both have invested in Lightwave aren't interested in making a profit, so there is no incentive for them to try and manipulate the stock in any way whatsoever. Perhaps one could make an argument that their Actively managed funds operate differently, but it is clear as glass these are all passively managed funds with a goal of simply matching pre-defined indexes.
