And if you read the press release regarding the expansion of the lab Space by nearly doubling it and adding additional personnel to the tune of 50% you would know that the first licensing agreement was dependent upon these additional lab spaces

Lebby has already told us to expect additional licensing and Tech transfer agreements in 2023 and 2024
