Sorry, but that post makes no sense. While planning the commercialization phase and looking for lab space, they discovered that an adjacent part of the building was becoming available, so they signed the lease and waited for the Tennant to vacate. They have to order new equipment, remember that this is cutting edge super fast measuring equipment. I haven't visited it yet but I think it already had at least one clean room someone commented on the HVAC clean room equipment on the roof and other useful equipment. You would have them lease space in a building down the street to save a couple months just because they have the cash. What they did makes perfect sense, saved them money time and I hate to use this word but synergy is what happens when the planning, chemical production, testing all happens in the same space. I mean it is only Colorado its not like they get any bad weather there as they would be running with the perk from the lab to the testing facility. Do you guys remember that SHM where we went to bed one night it was like 60f I was wearing shorts, next morning we woke up to well over 1 foot of snow. "Hang On I'll have that Perkinamine batch 2343 to you as soon as I clean off the car and wait for the plow truck." Sometimes when common sense is applied to Teds post it is obvious that he shoots from the hip just to create doubt.
Lol, you funny guy, or the bot may not understand weather.
It is hard to believe that they built out the lab and were able to get the new hires in place at the same time, those that do not like JM have to give him credit for that, it was quite a feat. I remember when he was having other clean rooms and equipment installed on past moves up the ladder.
