sentiment_stocks,

I would really, really like to know if that methylated MGMT promoter patient was mesenchymal or other. We know that historically methylated mesenchymal patients have been known to do very well. If this was any other subtype this would be all the more surprising. Best wishes.

It seems to me that if I'm a patient with GBM the key to my long term survival is getting DCVax-L, after that I want to add one or more of several possibilities to greatly increase the odds. Whether it's Poly ICLC, Keytruda, or other similar products my odds improve drastically, but the key is the DCVax-L. Without the DCVax-L none of these products seem to improve on the SOC significantly.

In many ways DCVax-L performs like a catalyst. You can build a very strong structure with resin and graphite or fiberglass but only if you add a little catalyst in making it, without the catalyst it's just a sticky mess that holds no shape and has little strength.

I, and I believe many others, were wrong about the last weeks trading. I thought we'd continue to rise as we approached submission to the UK, clearly it failed to happen last week. I still believe we'll be at, or very close to $1 by the time the submission is made, so I believe the upside potential to be even greater this week.

A week from Monday is Yom Kipper, the holiest day of the year for those of us of the Jewish faith. I have no idea if this would influence the company in any way, but it would certainly get the new year off to a great start if we had the submission by then.

L' Shona Tova to all my fellow members of the tribe.
