Yes. An uplist to OTCQB by the end of 2023 was put in writing. Since a stock must be above .01 for 30 consecutive days (among other things that this company won’t be bake to satisfy), there are 74 days left to get this to a penny and hold it there until the end of the year.
Funny thing is, they had it above a .01 earlier this year and were fully qualified to submit an application…….and didn’t.
