Having had some experience in these legal matters, I have to say that you are 100% correct!
No legal advisor to this corporation would allow such things not to go through the process of signing off on the release!
Naturally, I can't put my finger on the details reported...but these facts were presented as printed and endorsed by counsel.
Also, I do remember Missling commenting on the odds ratio in the past....so I guess they dropped it for some reason?....bear in mind, that my memory might be wrong.
Today was the first day that the stock showed volume and a "sign of strength"....I was late on catching up on things and missed the early morning excitement since I was out until now (it's close to 1 pm).....I'm still working my way up (I missed a lot of posts....180)...
