Like I said, I tried to present it in an x over y format, but when I posted it, it pushed all of the numbers to the left hand side.

Supposedly, USSEC can get 9.81 pounds of gas per bushel, the gas has a rating of 1908 BTU per pound, hence 9.81 x 1908, which equals 18717.48 BTU, multiply this by the .000293 BTU per Kilowatt/Hour figure, and you get 5.48 kWh.

The math is right- I said I would be happy to explain any of the conversions because the formatting got screwed up, but lets keep this civil.

Rational, the calcs look correct to me.

Maybe you can share a little knowledge? I'm sure there are others besides myself who would like to know how to calculate it properly.

After all, we are trying to discuss facts, aren't we?
