Great write up and WOW yeah i'd be pissed as well watching my compensation drop down 60%. Wonder how long they have their shares restricted? Regardless the fact we can buy at a 60% discount to what insiders received is amazing. You know they won't be selling down here whatsoever and will at least want a double from .013. Once this market comes back and the liquidity comes in all the building these guys have been doing will eventually get noticed and reflected in the PPS.
