There's only 2 ways to see 9/11 and the fact that the US used it to withdraw from the 1972 ABM treaty. Either it conducted a false flag event or it just waited around for a group or entity to create the context for it to leave the treaty. Given the fact that Clinton and Bush Jr tried to weasel out of the treaty prior to 9/11, the fact that the US was looking for anyway it could deploy Brilliant Eyes/Pebbles, it doesnt look like the US waited for someone else to give it the context. Again this is just following the evidence from solid sources.
As usual no one wants to debate the merits of the evidence so disinformation techniques are employed.
