Sorry but is Sharp that has a horse racing addiction - that is why he hijacked 3 shells as his FORW ATM wasn't providing the capital to feed the horse racing monkey on his back.
Now Sharp has 4 shells and hasn't done anything to generate any revenue - especially FORW as he has been the CEO for 5 years and still Zero revenue.
Where is the S-1 Sharp was going to file for FORW?
And still not a single merger for any of the 4 shells.
Sharp hasn't filed a Form 10 for GVSI.
I guess he is too busy with his horse trading to bring any value to his shells. All he does are related party transactions.
Intelligent investors should be questioning how GS went from14 horses to over 100 since the shell game. How much time and money did he spend. How much time is he now spending while his shells are floundering. Why is his TB empire growing at the sake of his companies. But if they enjoy losing money, that is their problem.

You ignore the facts that Sharp can't be the CEO of 4 shells and devote most of his time is with his horse Racing addiction.
Why didn't Sharp build FORW into a real business instead of hijacking 3 shells - the answer is that he needed 3 more ATMs to feed his horse Racing addiction - so now he has 4 failed shells.
