All of the above are theoretically possible. Depends on how violent the reaction/panic and what the match(es) / pr's are that light the fuse

If a billion naked shorts were to cover , legal shorts had to cover and then margin calls caused the selling off customer shares to cover the margin of shorts , then price would artificially jump to prices not seen in a decade . Total ruin for many shorts , with lots of laughter from most all in the entire stock market.

Good question. I really have no idea how that would look. I'd imagine a really high share price and some hedge funds & MMs struggling to keep their doors open ;)

Any potential short squeeze will be short lived and it will be coming back down to a level supported by the facts.

So knowing how to sell near the high and be able to rebuy when it falls is something worth considering.

I wish everyone would HODL but I’ve learned the hard way that I lose out when I trust a price spike.

It’s a tough choice.
