limetime, wait, niko being informative?!!
the same poster who bashed until they apparently filled,
then became instantly positive?

and now, is apparently negative again,
suggesting they flipped for small profit
and want to reload lower now?

as for the bullet points,
mark has def not been the most diligent organized ceo.
which we know is still a problem,
given the august 10Q filing hiccup.

if having a diligent ceo is a baseline criteria for trading a ticker
then one shouldn't be trading pinks at all, yes?

imo, the gamble here has always been
whether mark can manage to get production rolling
for the current stable of IPs
before he dilutes heavily for almond butter.

i believe he can, esp given there are probably many of directors
interested in adapting fan-beloved IPs like _wish_, _vampirella_, etc...

and probably many executive producers
willing to fund projects with established fan bases.

imo, that's the gamble here.

it's def not for everyone.
and def not a gamble to "bet the farm" on.

but i can see this running 100x by next summer
if mark can get _wish_ production going this winter.

and i'm willing to roll those dice
on that timeline,
given my confidence that mark
does truly want to produce films
and wants to succeed as a producer.

Layoffs expand, NO RESOLUTION, & 3rd UNION-STRIKE likely:

SUMMARY:
[] Layoffs extended
[] MORE layoffs coming
[] No resolution in sight
[] Streamers pressured by Wall St. to turn a profit
[] Disney - Charter "blackout" symptomatic of near-term issues
= MORE $MIKP PAIN

[] For MIKP
[] "EXPERT MARKet",

[] "ALL TALK - NO WALK" Mark
[] $254,306.00 JOKE

[] MIKP = TEAM-FUGAZI! You've been: Cornerstoned-&-Newbauered

Article spells MORE BAD NEWS for, ZERO Plan B, "ALL TALK, NO WALK", "Expert MARKet" Mark:

PHIL LIPOF: When this began, we heard Fran Drescher come out with some very strong words. Let's take a listen.

[The following quote is from the SAG-AFTRA president's fiery speech in July.]

DRESCHER: I am shocked by the way the people that we have been in business with are treating us. I cannot believe that, quite frankly, how far apart we are on so many things, how they plead poverty, that they're losing money left and right when giving hundreds of millions of dollars to their CEOs. It is disgusting. Shame on them.

LIPOF: Okay, so strong words, but that was back on July 13th. Does it surprise you that we've not heard much from her in the last week or so? Two weeks?

CLAIRE ATKINSON: Yeah, it's been quiet. We are headed down to crunch time now. It's October [sic]. The industry is feeling the pinch. We're seeing layoffs at the talent agencies, layoffs at production companies. We're hearing from people telling my colleague Elaine Lo, who has been on the picket lines every single day, that they're thinking about getting out of the industry. So there's been very little movement this summer.

LIPOF: Next year's summer movie slate is already up in the air. The fall film festivals will be almost totally starless. So we've seen some things happen. Foodbanks are going up. It sounds as though a major point of pain is for the writers and actors, but do you think the major companies are feeling it yet or is it really just with the actors?

MORE: Writers Guild sharply rebukes latest offer from Hollywood studios

ATKINSON: I mean, I do think they're feeling it and that they're in a financial crunch right now. As affluent as those studio bosses are, their bosses are Wall Street, essentially, and they have to make sure that they are delivering profits from these streaming ventures. And at the moment, these ventures are not profitable. It's very cheap to watch these shows and get these services.

We're seeing Disney today in a fight with Charter over the distribution of those channels. The Disney channels have gone dark on Charter, because that cable company is saying "You're giving away these streaming services and so we're not going to pay you big increases for them." And so lots of problems for the studios every which way they look.

LIPOF: And you mentioned Disney, so this would be a good opportunity for us to mention that ABC News' parent company is Disney, a member of the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers that is negotiating with the writers and actors.

This feels a little bit different this time. There's been a lot of talk of increased pay, mandatory staffing needs, writers being present on set, AI and more. But to what extent is transparency at the heart of this?

ATKINSON: I think it's incredibly important. In the U.K., in France and Germany, a lot of writers, actors, producers, they get details of how their shows did on Netflix, and the U.S. counterparts are saying, "Well, if they can have it, why can't we?"

With the streaming evolution, what we've seen is a rush to get shows out of the door. We had COVID, and then there was this huge need to rush shows out into production to win the races between these different services to beat Netflix. And now there's a huge pull back and everybody is saying, we've spent the billions and now we got to do cost savings.

LIPOF: So I'll just ask you what I asked you last time, and you probably have the same answer, but it's the million dollar question. With what we've seen so far, do you see anyone giving in any time soon or any kind of resolution?

ATKINSON: I think the studios have to come back and give some more. I'm going to say that. I think that the WGA has to think about what their compromise is going to be, and that has to be – perhaps that's being back-channeled right now and we don't know about it. With every union strike, and you referred to quite a few of them in the intro, there's trash talk and there is intransigence, because everybody wants to get what they want.

But, you know, the problem is, the layoffs will spread. There'll be more harm in the industry. We've already had to come back from COVID and now the industry is going to be coming back from the strikes. And how do these folks sit opposite each other and have polite conversations after they've been trashing each other with signs on the picket lines? I mean, that's another question. There's bad blood here. How does the industry get over that to a place where everybody can be partners again?

LIPOF: Yeah, you're right. Coming out of COVID, people were so hurt, especially in that industry financially. Coming out of COVID, to have this now, you know, hope for a resolution for everybody involved.

ATKINSON: Absolutely.

The BIG QUESTION is:
[] Why hasn't Mark advantaged & LEVERAGED the situation?
[] Why hasn't he ADVANTAGED his status as a non-AMPTP member?
[] LEVERAGED his status as an INDEPENDENT?
[] Filed with UNION
[] For a FILM WAIVER
[] & gotten a legit project started?
[] ANYTHING?

[] As the strike LINGERS, MIKP would have a COMPETETIVE ADVANTAGE
[] & the potential for REVENUES after a resolution...
[] Instead, this "ceo" does NOTHING
[] Including NOT FILING when he was supposed to...
[] Taking MIKP back DOWN to $0.0003,
[] "EXPERT MARKet"

[] There are PLENTY of out-of-work REAL A-list Celebs (the kind Cornerstoned CLAIMS to work with)
[] Professionals who PREFER to be working! Not JUST TO EARN. But because they LOVE what they do
[] & prefer continuing to be CREATIVE & working their craft vs stagnating!

‘Strike Force Five’ Premiere Tops Podcast Charts, Keeps Talk Show Hosts Busy During Labor Strife
https://deadline.com/2023/09/strike-force-five-premiere-tops-podcast-charts-late-night-hosts-1235534383/

[] Why hasn't Mark identified these artists?
[] I've named quite A FEW (in previous posts) who have been in the public eye, WANTING to fight the system & looking to reinvent it!
[] I have NAMED NAMES, provided TWEETS of proof & discussed at length!!
[] Who have been in Independent Films, & are even making THEIR OWN! With projects ready-to-go...!

[] How is THIS DUMB ASS pretending-fecktard "ceo" emerging into MORE ONGOING audit, etc., expenses?
[] During TWO STRIKES (& now possibly a THIRD: With video gaming voice actors -- who went for a YEAR last time)
[] And NOT have a PLAN B!!
[] What's the point?

In case ANYONE HERE is wondering, there are PLENTY of A-list celebs who have the money, financing, cast-&-crew, etc., to SUPPORT Mark making a MOVE LIKE THIS! I have REPEATED it here MANY TIMES! And the publicity, national attention & interest it would GENERATE would be outstanding! FREE! By taking a stand, going against the grain, system, etc., supporting the art/craft AND actually putting MIKP in a position to bring content online BEFORE ANYONE who DOES NOT have Independent (non-AMPTP status) & who cannot. Mark can! Why hasn't he?

[] WHAT THE FECK IS THIS MORON WAITING FOR?
[] OPPORTUNITY is knocking! Time to make hay!
[] Is NOW!

But if you think about the fact,
[] that this pretend "ceo" couldn't even go ONE single QUARTER
[] without DUMPING shareholders BACK ONTO THE EXPERT MARKET!!

Then perhaps you have your answer!! THIS is a CLOWNSTICK poor excuse of a "ceo" from what I see. This is no "CONTENDING Mini-MAJOR STUDIO" head at work here! JUST A BAD JOKE!

The problem is time is ticking! There are ONLY EXPENSES here! And this TONE DEAF POS added $254,306.00 worth of DEBT to the company, that wadi & others like to claim is DEBT-FREE!! How the FECK do you CLAIM THAT? And with WHAT MONEY is that going to be paid? DILUTION! That's how. There are NO REVENUES & NO PROFITS here to pay that back!! So Mark is ALREADY TAPPING shareholders for MONEY & for what? For having the stock STUCK on the Expert Market FOR ALL of 2021 & 2022? There are approximately 40 shareholders here! That means the dilutive IMMEDIATE COST of that "salary" is ~$10,000.00 PER PERSON!! Do the math. Discount that money ~50% into shares & the affects are EVEN WORSE. Because the stock is already STUCK with no revenue prospects well into 2025. Especially if these Union Strikes continue: It could be late 2026-2027 before there's ANY MONEY coming in. And you can EXPECT that the share structure will be around 3.5B by then. So any pps appreciation will be BURDENED by the OVERHEAD, costs, expenses, & OVERHANG of some easy 500-750M or more (200M was ALREADY FIRED AWAY -- & likely coming off restriction WELL BEFORE any REVENUES-- maybe even before the strikes resolve). So it's not just that the Market Cap swells (artificially, with the additive effect of MORE SHARES) but the OVERHANG & DILUTION is a HEADWIND!! And there's no profits & the "ceo" has never demonstrated a profit on ANY IP! Including George RR Martin he held & PR's for nearly A DECADE... & then brought NOTHING in return to his shareholders...

BUT THIS:
As of December 31, 2022 and 2021 the Company owed him $135,903 and $118,403 respectively. https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=16885182&guid=_lg-kWrdbx3aJth

2022 = $135,903
2021 = $118,403

= $254,306.00

AND THIS:

Shareholders who have FUNDED THIS (wadi, sky, etc.; you know who you are...) emergence, ought to DEMAND:
[] This "ceo" cancel that debt
[] IMMEDIATELY
[] And tie any & all future salary
[] to a PERCENTAGE of PROFITS ONLY
[] & EVERY TIME he plunges the stock Expert Market his cumulative salary is ELIMINATED!

[] Perhaps then this SHIT-HEEL might then do what he's suppose to,
[] WHEN he's supposed to
[] & shareholders (current & future) might have a reason to support the equity....

Finally, why after 14 years should there be ANY SALARY here?
[] 13.38 BILLION SHARES have ALREADY BEEN FIRED OFF
[] He's been EXPERT MARKET TWICE

[] And hasn't made the shareholders ONE PROFITABLE PENNY
[] While claiming being or becoming a "CONTENDING Mini-MAJOR STUDIO"?

REALLY?
[] Where has he demonstrated that aptitude?
[] With his, DORMANT a DECADE, DUMB ASS at the helm?

[] Great, start your salary AFTER you turn a profit!
[] Make & charge NOTHING till then...
[] & deduct that future salary as a percentage of PROFITS ONLY!

If you can't make any action that turns a profit, AFTER 14yrs (of rampant DILUTION), then let's START THERE...
[] Turn a profit!

That's what THIS SHIT-HEEL ought to do to SHOW ANY REMORSE!! And restitution!

[] Because there is NO PAIN POINT on this JACKASS
[] Not when he can keep a company on the Expert Market,
[] essentially untradeable,
[] & come away with A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS

[] on the backs of shareholders
[] because the company isn't making
[] -- & NEVER HAS MADE --

[] A SINGLE PROFITABLE PENNY!!

[] NOT ONE!!

So why NOT start there?

SAG-AFTRA calls for video game actors' strike

Voice actors for video games may be following TV and movie actors to the picket line.

Driving the news: SAG-AFTRA, the union that has a contract with leading gaming companies for actors who do voice or performance acting for video games, called for a strike Friday, citing lack of progress in renegotiating a contract that expired last November.

The union said Friday that its board has unanimously agreed to ask its members to vote for a strike by Sept. 25.
Details: The union is calling for a retroactive 11% wage increase, on-set medics for hazardous performance capture, and protections against the use of generative AI to replace working actors.

Be smart: While actors who contribute to video games seldom appear as themselves, on camera in a game, they regularly lend their voices to game characters. Many also have their facial and body movements captured to animate the roles they portray.

Actors have been sounding alarms about the potential for generative AI to clone their voices and speak lines for them, without them getting paid.
What they're saying: "Once again we are facing employer greed and disrespect," SAG-AFTRA president Fran Drescher said in a statement announcing the strike vote.

"Once again artificial intelligence is putting our members in jeopardy of reducing their opportunity to work.
The other side: "We all want a fair contract that reflects the important contributions of SAG-AFTRA-represented performers in an industry that delivers world-class entertainment to billions of players around the world," Audrey Cooling, a rep for the game industry producers negotiating the agreement told Axios.

"We are negotiating in good faith and hope to reach a mutually beneficial deal as soon as possible."

The game companies who are negotiating with the actors include Activision, EA, Disney, Take-Two Interactive, WB Games and Insomniac.
The big picture: 2023 has been a year of strikes in U.S. entertainment. The Writers Guild of America went on strike for the first time in 15 years in May.

TV and movie actors repped by SAG-AFTRA went on strike in July.
The strikes have frozen the production of new TV shows and movies.

Flashback: Video game voice actors last went on strike for nearly a year, from 2016-2017.

The bottom line: The impact of an actors' strike in gaming is less clear than it is for other forms of entertainment.

While the unavailability of actors can suspend some aspects of production, it can't impede the design and construction of the game's gameplay and virtual worlds

JUST THE FACTS PLEASE!!

ENJOY THE STUCK!!

#107782 RE: Lime Time #107695

EVER HEAR of Clarence Saunders? If you follow business, then you might recall this innovative GROCER who reinvented the space; by creating the self-service model: Making supermarkets what they are today... When some short investors attempted to profit (on the knowledge that a few Franchisees were closing in Manhattan, NYC) by SHORTING his company on that knowledge; what did he do?

HE BOUGHT UP ALL the shares he could get his hands on!!

BETTING on himself, his company, future & business acumen!

With a $10M loan, the equivalent to ~$250M in today's dollars (with RECENT inflation perhaps EVEN MORE) & went to BUYING!

Why hasn't this stuck been bought up by those IN THE KNOW, the "ceo", "family & friends", even the ~500M+ shares that went off higher (re-buys), etc.? LMMFAO!! We know why, don't we?

[] "ALL TALK, NO WALK"
[] EXPERT MARKet
[] FUGAZI MARK
[] & his CORNERSTONED buddies!

This "ceo" just put a BOUNTY on the HEADS of the ~40 shareholders who own this. FIRST, 200M is coming-a-raining-down before the company can make any money! PROBABLY MORE SHARES as the strikes are expected to last till Christmas & this BROKE-AS-A-JOKE FUGAZI "ceo" hit up shareholders with a $254,306.00 BILL!!

All for his
[] EXPERT MARKet services!!
[] "ceo" had this ticker EXPERT MARKet all of 2021
[] & 2022
[] & believes he's ENTITLED TO MONEY
[] from that period!!

Sucker-shareholders seem happy to oblige!

We all know why... Don't we? ENJOY THE STUCK!!
