Let's just look at it simply. This sad-excuse for a stumbling-&-bumbling "ceo" has had the stock around $0.0003 for the entirety of his "2022 & 2021 salary"! At a Market Cap of ~$850,000 his salary (from filings) = ~43% of his ENTIRE MARKET CAP of the COMPANY!! For being a SHIT-POOR-SAD-SACK-EXCUSE of a leader who has DONE NOTHING BUT DILUTE, R/S, DILUTE some more, get shareholders STUCK, & IN TROUBLE -- & wants to be paid ~43% of what this ENTIRE SHIT-SHOW is presumably worth (which I'm not even sure someone would pay that much for some IP he's bought for less than $30-40k, maybe $100k in total); but there is nothing else here. Just this stumbling-bumbling JACKASS!! And his CRACK team of FUGAZI-LYING POS-FAKE Social Media CLOWNS who've already lost some over 7,000 GHOST "FOLLWERS" in the past 5-6 weeks I've been tracking them. Who promised an ARMY of their supporters would show up for the SHAREHOLDERS MEETING AND in support of the stock. Well, judging by the PRECIPITOUS FREE-FALL from $0.0014 to Expert Market $0.0003 you can see HOW FULL OF SHIT they are & what a team these THREE ASSWIPE CLOWNS "All talk & No WALK" "Expert MARKet" Mark, LIEn Jeff & soup-&-samwich SHAME-Shane actually make! So what would somebody even BE BUYING here?



What are you buying? Because Mark's TRACK RECORD isn't very good. What has he done? Never made A PENNY of PROFIT here! And he claimed ServeNation was a $100M company in 3yrs with his leadership! This fecking guy! How full of SHIT has He been eh?


And the stock deserves what kind of market cap premium with him at the helm? What's the chances this stupid ass get a THIRD Expert Market tacked on here before the year is done! At first, I thought he was being SMART & shutting down the ongoing EXPENSES -- until AFTER the Union Strikes had ended -- Since he has not demonstrated any ambition. Taken any initiative to EXERCISE his status as a non-AMPTP entity, claim his exemption, grab a waiver & START FILMING!!

I seriously thought NOT FILING & KEEPING the stock "Pink Current" to audit, etc., might have been the way-to-go since he was SO DUMB to emerge WITHOUT an actionable plan to keep IP-development going...


So this is DEAD MONEY!!
And the shares will come OFF RESTRICTION before this IDIOT has anything going.

If the strike last through December, like I originally said, then you're going to face A MINIMUM of ~200M MORE SHARES of DILUTION... & who knows how much more DEBT this idiot is going to create while DOING NOTHING!! Time waits for no man. And this guy BURNS money faster than most! Why not? He'll just R/S, issue shares, & keep BILLING SHAREHOLDERS while he PUMPS them up with GRRM type-IP (or like wadi said, even better than GRRM - fecking clown - who forgot he gave money to Mark to help him get CURRENT & wants to PLAY WORD games with me!), & does NOTHING with it?
