Ty for your answer. To me it does say something. If they didn't meet the requirements, they wouldn't buy it right? In this day and age of relatively little known information, I see it as a form of trust... I see the potential in the product, I believe in the company vision and they meet the requirements of the big guys. For me this is now enough to see and wait where this is going.

Yeah but it doesn’t mean much when they are buying 3500 other companies too. Institutional ownership as a whole in Lightwave is around 24 percent but there are a lot of stocks that are also pre revenue that have twice or three times the amount with institutions. I listed 5 the other day when challenged to find even one.
There are far better arguments to be made on behalf of Lighwave here. The true picture from institutional ownership reflect a lack of confidence since they dont have any ACTIVELY MANAGED funds with large ownership
Those companies you listed did not uplist organically, they went through a reverse split.
