I never noticed this tidbit in the slide you posted.

170Ghz+ bandwidth using phase velocity matching. This is coherent modulation. So far, we peons have not seen any direct evidence (white papers, etc.) from LWLG about devices using this type of modulation. We've known it's possible and even Silorix has mentioned it, though. Hm...they must have it up their sleeves.
