I don't think the S-1 will be next because it may need to include parts that indicate deal structure. We may get merger reveal next, or we may see a forward split application next.

I think there is one point me and the detractors can agree on - it is time for GS to show his winning hand. SRNW will not go anywhere without a merger reveal, and that is just about the very next step here.

An S-1 was never announced by George so probably not happening.

I agree that people are waiting for the next update. Unfortunately, we've been waiting for the next update for GVSI for weeks now. I'm much more optimistic about SRNW than GVSI, at this point, but it seems like Sharp will needlessly delay both for a bit longer.
