If we would have known your boss was going to play his card in the manner that he has, we might have played our cards differently, but we are not going to fold at this stage. He is bluffing and will loose in more ways than one.

Boy, wouldn't that be nice! So exactly what's going to scare them off? I read all about the fines and suspensions these entities rack up, and it doesn't seem to affect them. They seem more brazen than ever, to me at least. NWBO's civil complaint seemed fact specific, hasn't phased them. (BTW - Are NWBO's attorneys the "conspiracy theorists" you speak of with nothing better to do than bring frivolous litigation? I don't think that's the case and neither do you.)

NWBO has provided their current plans and strategy. It seems they are pursuing them. You complain the company has not shared enough information; what else exactly do you need to know? I assume you read their latest 10Q it seemed quite positive to me. Of course I would love to know the names of the corporations they are currently negotiating with, but I don't expect to have this information ahead of time, and neither do you. You know LG said they are finalizing the MAA to the MHRA - will knowing what sections they are reviewing help today's share price?

I'm as tired of waiting as anyone. But I doubt generic moans and groans will have much of a positive effect. If you know the specific type of information needed to make "these people" "run away" please share with management. If not, you'll probably need to wait it out like the rest of us.
