Great post and list X. Shorts are 0 for 10! Perfect losing score! Ted Zero! ;-)

Can't believe I've been invested here already 2 years and 2 months. Just feels like a a year so far, and the fun
has barely just begun! Soon we'll have big game "fish on" action with each new deal! Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. See below!
I'll be lining up some fishing trips by then Deep Sea as well as some up in Alaska.
Loved the one spinning reel that was stripped of all it's line! Ooooops.

Truth for X about my "lies" list. You gave 10 so-called lies you say I've told since coming here in the post this is responding to.

I get that you are a 'big picture' kind of guy. Good for you. That may well be your strong suit.

You may want to stay away from analysis and detail though. Your list of 10 items shows a dearth of recognizing both nuance as well as direct information for what it is.

Here are the things you listed that I've never expressed any opinion about:

#2, the gold box
#4, getting under 1 volt (the power issue)
#6, using gold
#8, LED degradation

That's 40% - that's an F in the schools I come from. DO you judge everyone with this level of accuracy?

Now to your items that I have addressed:
#1. Poling. I never lied about poling. I expressed skepticism. There's a difference between saying "They can't pole. They are lying to us." and saying "Their data re a long-standing unsolved poling issue for polymers is not very clear, and I'm skeptical about it". They finally HAVE said they "believe" that it is not an issue. Why don't they KNOW? And why wasn't wafer-scale poling even mentioned in the ASM, which that is what is required for true scalability, per their own shareholder letter?
Conclusion: I didn't lie or deceive

#3 Stability. I never lied about stability. I expressed skepticism. There's a difference between saying "The material isn't stable. They are lying to us" and saying "It isn't clear that their material is stable yet." And didn't we just find out a few months back that they have 6 "Series", which have varying levels of stability?
Conclusion: I didn't lie or deceive.

#5. Commercial deal. I never lied about them re commercial deal. I expressed skepticism about a Foundry deal. I PREDICTED a deal would be announced to try and appease shareholders way back in December.
Conclusion: I didn't lie or deceive, and was dead on.

#7. PDK progress. I never lied about them not having made any progress. I expressed skepticism about them having made progress and that I thought they were not on track to have a final PDK with Foundries by year end. Here we are 6 months later and that is the case, so whatever progress they have made it still hasn't resulted in the an announcement of a qualified PDK with a single foundry.
Conclusion: I didn't lie or deceive, and was pretty right

#9 Institutional index buying. I never lied and you have mischaracterized my views on the index buying. They have various criteria but none of it involves research on the company business developments. That's not a lie or misleading: It's the truth.
Conclusion: I didn't lie or deceive and you still don't know much about the institutional buying.

#10 My sources: You just LIED about me. Total mischaracterization. I've done plenty of research outside of this board.
Conclusion: This isn't a claim of my lying or deceiving. It's just a DIG you wanted to make, that is nothing more than a FALSE accusation.

Shame on you X. Are you man enough to admit your errors and apologize?

ONCE AGAIN I ASK: what lie have I EVER told here? Or intentional deception? You won't find any because I always strive to tell the truth.
