Post-fabrication- after it has already been made.
At die level- fabricated wafers are diced into dies. Each die is a functional device.
Waifers- made from functional PDK’s.
This paper describes the BEOL process for integrating EO polymers in ring modulators on wafers supplied by GlobalFoundries.
Conclusion is quite simple. Global Foundry has an operational PDK for polymers since they are SUPPLYING the wafers containing polymer devices on them.
