mark said the same thing back in 2011
just months before the 100:1 RS
that blew out prior share structure.
i know, because i lived thru it.
you can check posts here at that time to confirm.
as posted before, i suspect mark would like to see some value
from his 54m common shares (ie: subject to dilution/RS)
before he does major dilution/RS again.
so i'm willing to take that gamble.
especially from this level,
at which MIKP only has a $1m market cap.
but none of us should entertain the delusion
that there won't be another RS eventually,
esp if mark does dilute to loop in production partners
and executive producers for the film projects,
and/or is successful with the film production
and wants MIKP to trade in dollars,
instead of pennies.
but if we get to pennies,
i suspect most of us (def myself)
will be taking profits aggressively anyway. 😉
