tho it's from memory and from long ago:
kistler was part of the "fort wayne mafia" pink scammers back in the 90s/00s.
kistler, carnes, etc... all faced sec litigation for various securities fraud over the past couple decades.
iirc, kister was a debt holder in both MIKP and ADCS,
both pink shells mark ran.
again, from vague memory, but i'm pretty sure kistler
was one of the owners of the retired convertible debt
often discussed here the past few months.
he was bad news from the start,
as were carnes, diprima, etc...
in theory, mark has flushed them from MIKP shell now.
but i have no idea if they still have their claws in.
given you raised the name,
and asked about current relationship with mark,
do you have credible intel of their current involvement with MIKP?
or are you just fishing on a hunch?
