I'm not sure how to interpret the entirety of this post so I will just address the part relevant to trifecta.

1. You are right that changing ticker name to WNFT or "Worldwide AI" etc. means nothing. I don't even think changing SRNW's name to "worldwide AI" etc. will do much for the stock price, though I could be wrong. We need an actual merger for something meaningful to happen to stock price.

2. George is not a technologist but he doesn't have to be. He's just arranging for a deal. He needs to know about AI/NFTs as much as VinFast SPAC sponsor needs to know about EV technology.
