Any excuses as to why a regulator might not be ready to get cell therapies to the masses will necessarily fall on them now when NWBO is ready to submit after taking their time to get everything right because NWBO has a very well documented story to tell and regulatory holdups can be part of it or excluded for the most part depending on the editing right?; ).
