Thanks everyone - I've been selling from .015 to .0085. I'm out with around a 45% loss on my original 835k shares (confirmed on the share count).

expect more and more people who sold to come in and be bashers on Cyberkey....some have an agenda of covering shorts...some are just pissed they sold and lost money.....

I wouldn't say the odds are 99%, but that is just me. I would say it is closer to 50/50. JP is the only person that can answer your questions, and until then, drawing conclusions, as with any pink sheet play is the gamble we all take. When did CKYS issue any statement that the investigation is ongoing? And, if it is ongoing, then I would resubmit my 50/50 odds. Everybody knows, that when things are ongoing, both parties involved can't really say much. We have to wait and see. The verdict isn't out yet.
