Phish- isn't the bigger picture here the fact that we can conclude with 99% certainty at this point that CKYS never had a govt contract? Wouldn't this mean that JP lied in the past? Wouldn't this mean the Unaudited Financials (which by the way look as if they were put together by a 10 yr old) are fraudulent? If you come to this conclusion as I have then how can you trust anything else about this firm?

If you believe that the SEC would investigate them on this fact and that it is taking more than 2 weeks (plus the unknown amount of time prior to the official suspension) to clear this simple matter up then I'd like to hear a reasonable explanation. CKYS admitted yesterday the investigation is ONGOING. WHY IS THIS? A couple of xerox copies and faxes would have laid it to rest WITHIN AN HOUR.
