Was I Like Someone's Biology Teacher? Apparently Not.

Your constant harping on him being a HS bio teacher as some sort of lack of credentials is misplaced.

For those searching for a reason that my perspectives on Anavex drugs must be flawed are certainly welcome to dismiss my posts because I was a mere "HS biology teacher." During that part of my career, I was designated one year as the best biology teacher in my state. I earned a multitude of other awards for my teaching. Lots of other information too detailed to expound on here.

But after retiring from biology teaching, 23 years ago, I went on to devise and conduct innovative research at a university research foundation, where the research team I advise is solving a number of biological problems. Got my name on a patent related to my discoveries. Got a nice federal grant to underwrite my team's work. Based on my team's successes am now expanding the research, with new federal grants. Pretty good for a mere high school biology teacher, dare I say.
