100's of Millions were just traded on the last jump with bpi and the jump before that with Ghana.
Imo 100's of millions will be traded again if financing is approved, recent acquisition closed and land purchase. Don't you think 10 cents is possible with those? I do.
It sounds like you are expecting an rs like any moment now. He would've and could've done that already and a long time ago too.
My guess is he has friends and family that believed in him for many years and (purchased common stock) and he doesn't want to burn them either.
That's 100% speculation too. But seems viable and might be saving us longs.
