Come on Ted, cut the dramatics. Commercialization for license and supply of Perkinamine is one part of the future monetization. Dr. Lebby was quite clear saying this was "one prong of a three prong strategy" to monetize the technology. He said the other prongs was tech transfer and selling product. You can't have foundries making wafers with LWLG inside unless there is tech transfer of manufacturing patents. Dr. Lebby is not the scam artist you infer. Most people knew this was not a foundry deal.
