And actually the ASM barely even mentioned their work with Polariton -- try to find it -- it's buried in small print..all the more reason their 'commercial acceptance' reasoning is pure BS -- if they really felt their work with Polariton indicated commercial acceptance they would have focused on THAT in the ASM, and not all of the possibilities that lie ahead from their work with foundries.
