There are a few outliers right now for AI that are IPO ready > $1B. If GS manages to get ONE of those companies into SRNW, and create a system where FORW gets warrants in SRNW, getting more AI companies will be very easy.
You will see a whole bunch of < $500m AI companies rush into SRNW just to get their hands on the warrants for the gorilla already in SRNW. Then more companies will rush into it to join the group. Especially with the looming threat of OpenAI/ChatGPT that is threatening all AI companies, it makes sense for smaller AI companies to join a conglomerate and not stand alone.
