Why wouldn’t they go for FDA approval in the US first?

Easy. Corruption on Wall Street, spoofing, and what is Big Pharma perhaps able to do?

Thats why LP went all in on UK, placed production in Cambridge and went for a RA they were sure were not in any way "swayable".
