Pembro got tissue agnostic approval with a basket trial. I think NWBO will need to run something similiar. I'm not sure there is a specific biomarker for NWBO, maybe they can try a tumor agnostic basket trial. A fast to market strategy is to go after later lines ie pd-1 failures and run various cohort trials.
