Such an obvious fact, that the lawsuit was taken on contingency by Cohen and Millstein and helmed by their star lawyer Laura Posner having just settled $1B in a fraud case against Wells Fargo.
So no Jammy. When milestones reached have had no influence in an upward direction, no post will move the SP either, nor any "guidance" from company.
Only a PR stating unequivocally success for DCVax-L in one or more RA's combined with other catalysts, will set a cork in Market Makers continuing spoofing and let the SP move freely according to LEGAL market.mechanisms.
