Thanks for the update Thermo. Your absence here has caused a huge amount of speculation. One of which is that you bailed on your NW investment. Seems like your additional $2.7M investment put that speculation to rest. Few questions, if you wouldn't mind:

Can you reveal the $3M payment. or do you even not know? Was it you?

Is NW in a rolling review, as some here have speculated?

Why are you hesitant to say what you feel was the cause of the delay in submittal of the application?
