Yeah, that's why I'd put tens of millions into a company. Eye rolls. Just take a board seat or STFU.

Do you have any understanding as to why it's (MHRA application) taking so long, and if any of the other applications will follow soon after?

You must give the basis of your new estimate. The money you sent NWBO was no doubt for discounted shares or loan.

Anyway, the heart of the matter is you gave zero reason for eliminating July 31 or August 28 from your possible submission dates, ( you really want shares to be cheap in August for some reason) but it does a great job of possibly getting cheaper shares if people believe you again. Anyway, you give no logic for eliminating submissions on the two above deadlines.

People will believe it’s because you spoke to management.

May June July Sept

Three strikes. Logic would dictate it hits before Sept, if your batting average is taken into account.

You have an illogical calendar.

Haha… you wouldn’t be the first long to get the timing wrong. It’s happened to all of us.

As for September, it seems as good a guess as any… it’s often said that its winds of change can be very beautiful.

How does everyone keep buying what this guy says?

Look at the damn timeline of his actions.

So he throws out false 'deadlines' of April showers and May flowers and June flowers (price rices, he sells his shares)

The news doesn't come, which he knows was never coming, and the price drops. He disappears for months. Once the price drops, he is giving millions of dollars to the company (in exchange for the shares that he sold on his own pump, at a much lesser price, and probably at a discount to even market).

Now that he's bought back in, all of the sudden he shows back up and his pumping his new timeline. Submission in a month. Just like last time. Wow, surprise!!

Scam artist pumper at work here. He's got y'all fooled, so he must be good.

I really hope the September prediction is wrong. In my opinion, this process is taking entirely too long.

Obviously, I want it to be correct and accepted/approved, but eventually they need to pull the trigger.

Thermo,

September is good. It is the end of budget year of 2023. In the new budget year, NCI asked for a budget of $10b, over 30% increase over 2023, the largest increase ever.
https://news.bloomberglaw.com/health-law-and-business/national-cancer-institute-wants-10-billion-for-fiscal-year-2024

I am curious to know if the increase used to revolutionize cancer clinical research has anything to do with DCVax-L. Revolution can happen only on certain platforms which could consists of both softwares and hardwares. Does the government have the platforms in place? Highly sophisticated softwares and enough manufacturing capacity? Hope we know the answer soon.

Thermo, the take home, for me, from your post is less about the timing of when they will submit and more about that they really really are in the process of getting to submit relatively ‘soon’.

It has taken them a seemingly long length of time from when we first started expecting topline data back in 2013 -2014 (that seems so funny now) to get to this point that waiting a little longer is almost irrelevant to our expectations for DCVax-L. I say a 'seemingly' long length of time because, in hindsight, this novel immunotherapy trial was leading in a paradigm shifting way via: the shift from PFS to OS endpoints, 5 year data vs 2 yr, old definitions of GBM (IDH1 analysis, etc), the unethicalness of randomized trials for diseases where the use of current therapy is a death sentence, the use of External Control Data, manufacturing, and heck, even the Good Documentation Practices standards changing from 10-15 yrs ago possible causing issues before they locked the data.

So knowing from your deeper insights in your discussions w management that they are very close to submitting the application i.e. that it really IS going to be submitted, is reassuring. Thx.

The odds of you being right this time is higher only because we only have 5 months left this year but that doesn't mean you're actually right. You've guesses too many times of course there will be a time you will guess it right. NWBO is very unpredictable though sometimes you only have to answer "yes" or "no" but the real answer is not there which is "maybe". So Good luck with your guesses who knows "Maybe" the application is not in 2023 but in 2024.
