That's what I kinda said and the other poster Keith said I had it all wrong.I was thinking FORW gets warrants in each, but I like the "sub" idea better and makes more sense( especially if Sharp is looking for a retirement strategy). Either way FORW is central company to this plan. Thanks.

MrSmith when you refer to FORW as a holding company with trifecta as subs, do you mean that FORW will hold warrants in each trifecta ticker? Or does "subs" mean something even beyond this? Thanks

GVSI is an empty shell but in your post it becomes a blockchain company - that is complete nonsense - you do understand that just changing the name and ticker symbol doesn't make GOFF/WNFT a NFT company as it is just another empty shell - and we have another delusion - SRNW is magically an AI company - hey pumper boy SRNW is another empty shell.

In over 2 years as the CEO of the 3 hijacked shells Sharp hasn't accomplished anything of value - they are all empty shells.
