Seriously? You purposely cut the quote off, and now you want me to explain why you did it? I explained in the post you replied to what the KERP charge was, and that little quote the con artists like to refer to simply means that the sales and transactions that would be subject to that KERP charge had been completed. You cut it off so you could continue the little fairy tale that it meant the KERP bonuses had been paid when they weren't. You can continue to dissect and misrepresent those 4-5 year old documents all you want, it won't change their real meaning and won't change the outcome of the bankruptcy/CCAA.
Here's one for you: why is it that not a single word has been heard directly from the company itself since the directors and officers resigned 5 years ago? Have a clue?
