Anyone predicting good news based upon anything other than blowing hot air should have zero issue clarifying the following without having to get too specific.:
1. Type of news (specific to NWBO) - science, regulatory, earned media coverage, business (buyout, partnership, big whale investor) etc.
2. Type of source - publicly available info subjected to better analysis (this they can get specific on), company source, regulator source, scientist, journalist. The least credible type of source is “a person with smarts and experience looked at this and said” as it is second-hand analysis
3. The time frame [this rumor at least has a clear time frame]
4. Positive or negative [this rumor has that too]
5. Degree of expected impact on the SP
If those 5 are not covered you may be feeling hot air and even with them one ought to be skeptical.
Still the same poster cannot fry wolf as easily over and over if they have to offer broad points that either happened or didn’t instead of vague nonsense like ‘good news’.
