A moderator’s posts are subject to EXACTLY THE SAME rules as anyone else. As it should be.

You seem to think they need to be held to some higher standard than the rules.

Anyone can report any post as being in violation of the rules.

No Mod required.

Click "report" and Admin will review. That's always been an option. It makes no difference who writes them. However very few posts are now "off topic".

When the moderator is abusive, no one steps in.
