I know how it works. Those are the steps I took. I know what happened to me...no one here beside Admin knows this. It has been corrected. A lot of individuals making erroneous comments regarding this seem to think that they know what happens on every forum. They do not.

That's bullshit!

Mods are considered no different than other members - they just have the ability to review & remove posts.

They are free to post attacks the same as anyone else.

I know this because I repeatedly and frequently reported one for making personal attacks.

I was instructed to ignore them.

I want the ability to see what's being posted and by whom - I shouldn't be forced to disregard parts of the discussion just to avoid being attacked by a mod.

Besides, sometimes you read a post that's a reply to an ignored member and then you need to click the link to read what the OP said. So you're back to reading something posted by someone you ignored.

Wrong. It USED to be civilized.

Up until about 2 weeks ago.

When you throw open the prison doors, inmates WILL attack. And attack they have - I'm now on limited postings after I got sick of being attacked and responded with force.

Even though there's no longer a handbook rule against arguing or off-topic posts, I was sent to the penalty box.

The both of you were restricted to two posts per day for 2 weeks because you were just cluttering up the board with your bickering. The boards are to talk about the company/the stock.
