I think in the time versus money trial equation, Missling chose money. Not only does a drug take ~ 10 years to develop, it also costs about 10 times more than Missling is spending. Better to get 10x more a couple of years later than you'd like. This is an adult version of the Stanford marshmallow test. Some of us will pass it.

Faster, cheaper, better..... Pick two.

I agree that we should see a pediatric Rett NDA this year. It may be Dec 31st, but this year.

The full data may not come as fast as you may think due to the measure of gene DNA variants and gene RNA expressions.

The primary and secondary end points should be available reasonably soon after the database is cleaned up and locked since those are mostly scale measures.
