sky, keeping our feet on the ground, this is, at best, a complete gamble, not a reliable investment.
i agree that there is compelling potential for near-term hype via White Space, Skin Trade, etc...
but it's still not clear how much of film sale revenues will benefit us shareholders. remember that the films were primarily funded by private investors.
and personally, i feel it's downright foolish to forget we are dealing with a CEO who diluted us silently to over 11b a year ago,
then sprung a decimating reverse split on us,
after saying he saw no need for an RS,
and if he did need to RS,
he would give us plenty of warning.
turned out the warning was us finding the filing.
since then, he's diluted us 20x from 110m to 2b, in less than a year.
should we forget that as well, and forge blissfully onward with unbridled hope that Mark will never dilute or RS again?
whether you believe in Mark's ability to create and sell films or not, we all need to remember that the stock is not the company ...
to be clear, i still have many million shares here, and will be happy to finally see a run if one comes.
but i feel it's completely irresponsible to pump this as the "best investment out there" to newcomers.
