He bought almost 15,000 shares for close to $50,000, so that's a very good PUBLIC VOTE of confidence in the company's future. With 80% of the company's shares (12 million or so) he certainly doesn't need to be spending another $50,000 on new shares.
Ecomike Is it relevant that the buys were at a pps not much above half the current pps? Almost 100% gain in a few weeks is hardly a convincing argument that buying shares at twice the pps of the insider buy is also a good buy.
