People are taking the change in policy at Zion Oil as positive news. Last week, if you "CHAT" asked Zion Oil about the lease, they would say they were optimistic about getting one. This week, they won't say that, anymore. They are saying wait for the press release to find out.
In the twisted world of Alice in Wonderland logic, Zion Oil supporters think that means news pending of license approval.
To me, common sense would dictate the exact opposite.
Given that Sunday is a normal work day in Israel, I suspect ZNOG was told something last weekend about the lease (and they don't want to talk about it). You will find out what it was in about two months.
In the meantime, the last thing you need to do is "buy more shares", although that might make an interesting short term play.
