Lmao! Well that’s not what they told me when I CONTACTED THEM! So that contradicts whatever you say they told you! That’s too bad isn’t it! And they specifically quoted a FINRA rule about it that is different then the Rule 200(g) you have brought up from the SEC! How convenient!

Is what my brokers relayed @both+ regarding OTC:-D
As they would not put such liabilities on themselves for an OTC position of the size below
38,000,000 x $2.50= $95,000,000 margin requirement

will gladly tell any of the investing public to check for themselves, yet inform their brokerages of the entire truth in regards/relation to OTC matters
